LONG TIME COMING. CALLING A SPADE A SPADE.
The Council of State is asking President John Mahama to be bold and resolute in dealing with the serious issues confronting the country, such as economic challenges, corruption and unemployment among others, needed to be addressed holistically.
The Council is however impressed with some bold decisions president John Mahama had taken as well as his resolve to stay focused despite the numerous challenges facing his administration.
“We are happy to note that under your able and dedicated leadership, government has remained focused and continue to rise to the challenge through bold and firm decisions in addressing some of these issues”
The Council further applauded President Mahama for openly declaring his readiness to accept any ruling by the Supreme Court, which is hearing a petition challenging the legitimacy of his presidency and the preparedness of the various security agencies and their constant reminder to Ghanaians, to ensure the country remained peaceful…
